Look at this headline from the AP:

Obama says GOP making life harder for the jobless

The F*^k-stick in chief expects me to believe that? I nearly punched out my monitor. My hands are shaking so hard right now I can barely hunt and peck through this sentence and the coffee spilled into the keyboard isn’t helping.

Here are some quotes from the article in question:

President Barack Obama on Saturday pinned blame on Republicans for making life harder for the unemployed and for those who could lose their jobs without new federal intervention. He did so even as he sought to distance himself from the “dreary and familiar politics” of Washington.

His main concern was the rejection of a bill in the Senate that would have provided more money for the long-term unemployed, aid for strapped state governments and the renewal of popular tax breaks for businesses and individuals.

“If this obstruction continues, unemployed Americans will see their benefits stop,” Obama said. “Teachers and firefighters will lose their jobs. Families will pay more for their first home. All we ask for is a simple up or down vote. That’s what the American people deserve.”

Tax breaks? I’d doubt it. What you call a tax break I venture more closely resembles a broken bone.

I’ll tell you what the American people deserve, is a congress and a president who will get their collective boot off of the neck of the private sector and let us go back to work. We aren’t peasants to be bantered to and we certainly aren’t pheasants in need of bird seed. We are a people capable of much more than your petty little mind will ever comprehend mister, and I can tell you this with the utmost sincerity, if it comes down to it, we will be very unpleasant peasants to deal with.

Where are my meds. Freaking moron.

    a) His policies have made things significantly worse, and b) there aren’t enough Republicans in Washington to obstruct anything.

I know I shouldn’t let it get to me that much, but wait, yes I should. That’s the point, this is my President whether I like it or not, the problem is, he’s the problem. He and a few more Marxists and a Soros type or two. It all adds up to trouble.

Call it karma or call it God’s punishment, but if consevatives hadn’t kept their heads in the sand for the last 50 years, we wouldn’t be IN this mess. Everyone seems to be in favor of closing the barn door now the horse has escaped. (I realize that you’re too young to be blamed for that.)

  • mnrobot June 19, 2010 at 4:54 pm

Hey, I’m partially to blame, I’m 47 and I didn’t vote until I was 35, of course, that was probably a good thing come to think of it. But according to my readings, this subversion hes been going on since around 1900. Hell, Hamilton and Jefferson were at odds over Hamilton’s want for more federal power from the get-go. It’s not an old issue, but it is one that the left has obviously been winning the tug-of-war in, bit by bit. To go with your analogy though, I’m definitely in favor of putting the horse back in the barn. We just have to lasso the horse. Where is the Man from Snowy River when you need him? Or Quigley for that matter, we may need them both.

[…] Obama Owes Me A New Keyboard […]

  • 5etester June 19, 2010 at 6:23 pm

The barn blew over in a windstorm of hot air blowing down from D.C..There is no going back to what once was.The lefties have made far too much progress to allow that.I still hope we can convince the masses to reject their message before the foundation crumbles too and we can’t build a new barn.

In that case, Gorges & 5e, I’ll defer to my elders.

Everyday he make everything more ridicules. Can’t wait to see all these green jobs descend from the sky.

Great Rant Robot. I hope you really didn’t break your keyboard or monitor. You won’t get a penny from obumbles.
He’s a horrid scumbag. He went golfing again yesterday, and a ball game friday. He never stops swishing around while we are going broke.
I hope you feel better today, it’s not good for one’s blood pressure to fixate on the marxist maniac too much!
    If you’re a dad, I hope you have a Happy Father’s Day.

    • mnrobot June 20, 2010 at 8:08 am

Ha! Thanks Bunni, No, I’m not father, that I know of *Doh!*.
I can’t stand projection. It infuriates me. I only wish everyone else could see this charlatan for what he is. In due time I suppose.
As for the keyboard, call it poetic license :)
Usually when I get that angry I take it out on my drums, and I feel a good jam session brewing.
Hope you have a great day!
