The Glamour of Knowledge and Dangers of Intellectual Servitude – WWTFT
An Inconvenient Socialist – Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei – Ladd Ehlinger of Film Ladd uses the “N” word. No, the other “N” word. – Found at The Camp of the Saints where Bob offers some additional *gasp* NAZI history.
Also, @FilmLadd produced a hilarious ad for Sean Bielat who ran in 2010 against Bawney Fwank which Michelle Malkin used in her sendoff post to the outgoing POS. Unfortunately, it’s been rumored that paragon of truth and virtue, Maxine Waters, will take his place. Sheesh! Will this be another case of out of the frying pan, into the fire?
We need a bit of humor for a break. Here’s the ad: “The Barney Shuffle:â€

Lastly, I wish to express my solidarity and admiration to a Friend-I’ve-Never-Met and fellow blogger, Teresamerica, who has been holding the torch of truth high in her exposure of Islam as the religion of hate that it truly is. That bright light has attracted some vermin from the ether who has threatened her life!
Death threats should be taken seriously and reported immediately. This is no game and we must all stand together against the individuals and organizations who would have us give up our First Amendment right to free speech.
God bless and protect you, Teresa.

You guys are so gullible. You’ll go for any old hoax as long as it gives you an excuse to look a pair of beautiful breasts. Well, I for one, don’t need an excuse. In fact, it’s built-in to my programming. Never mind the fact that you’ve bought a robot that has to stop, turn and stare at every attractive female robot in the vicinity or that you needed your project worked on right now…
hey, Boobs!
What were you saying?
It’s not a bug. It’s a feature.
So with that being said, here are a couple of distractions for you in the form of a lovely soccer fan by the name of Larissa Riquelme, who just might be nearly naked in a few of these photos, but hey, don’t hold that against her, she’s European. They have a different dress code over there.
Lucky us.
Articles that caught my attention this morning. I’m just bookmarking as I read here, so no particular order. Kind of a stream of consciousness, random sampled information ingestion.

I’m thankful for many things in life. To be in the company of fine folk such as yourselves, I count as a blessing. I raise a glass to all you patriotic friends and acquaintances. God bless us, everyone. And please God, Bless America.

Congratulations are in order for owner/journalist R.S. McCain and for bottlewasher/janitor Smitty of The Other McCain because they passed the 5 million hits mark yesterday morning around 9 o’clock. Managing the monumental task in just over two and a-half years from March 2008. Impressive. Most impressive.
Robert Stacy McCain, the originator of such memes as the “Full Metal Jacket Reach Around” and babe blogging or what has simply become known as “Rule 5” has been a great asset to the blogging community and to the the political landscape of America these last years. No matter that his talents seem to go under appreciated by some convention circles. Your work is definitely worthy, Stacy. Even if your tenacity sometimes borders the line of cyber-stalker.
Then again, I’m looking to frame my first restraining order shortly so, I really have no room to offer advice. Whatever works for you bud. I say go for it.
Sadly, Stacy uses the occasion of the announcement to point out that our good friend Smitty, is being called to serve our country once again in the capacity of a REMF. I must admit stupidity to this new (to me) acronym and at first thought along the lines of MILF. But that brought to mind such horrible imagery, that my robotic brain threatened overload and quickly discharged the idea. After a quick search it turns out, happily, that REMF is shorthand for “Rockey Mountain Elk Foundation.” While the letters don’t match, it is still reassuring, although only slightly. If the Taliban are hiding in the Rockies, then we may very well be FUBAR.
Smitty, I hope you are able to rout the bastards out with God Speed and return to your rightful place of judging the worthiness of Rule 5 entries as soon as you possibly can. My sincere thanks and prayers go with you.
Be sure to stop by The Other McCain and congratulate them on a job well done.
Here’s to your next 5 million, fellas. May you reach that milestone in half the time.
H/T Troglopundit, Wyblog, Obi’s Sister, The Camp of the Saints, No Runny Eggs
Somewhere on America’s left coast, behind the lines, stands one of the last bastions of hope for Conservative principles in California. A refuge for lovers of liberty who find themselves stuck in a beautiful landscape that hypnotizes all but the strong minded, luring them into a deadly world of Socialist thought that sucks the pride of self reliance from their minds and clouds it with the promise of unearned entitlements. That Fortress of Freedom is the blog American Power, and the luminary of that site is Professor Donald Douglas.
I’m often amazed at the tenacity required to produce the volume of quality articles and insightful commentary published by Prof. Douglas. Articles that are surely produced from an unquenchable love of America’s founding principles and a fire that grows brighter and stronger when fueled by the inane and asinine arguments of the liberal and socialistic pseudo-elites we battle today.
Professor Douglas, I’m certainly thankful you can withstand what must be a daily onslaught of leftist dogma evidenced in California these last couple of decades. Thank you for fighting against it with reason, truth and humor.
We need battalions of such educators in our schools to teach the truth of American exceptionalism.
Whatever you think of him, these facts are undeniable; the man behind American Power Blog is a tireless defender of freedom, of the virtues of liberty and a true American patriot. Which is why I’ve chosen American Power as the Robot’s latest Featured Blog.
Like your humble robot, Prof. Douglas is a music lover as well and possesses a diverse taste that spans the spectrum from punk rock to rap and hip-hop to pop and classic rock. I’ve found several new bands from visits to American Power and been reminded of some I’d forgotten.
I must also admit to sharing his affinity for Gods most favored creatures. We need a break from the punditry every now and then and the lovely ladies featured on his site rival those to be found anywhere, be it here on this site, or the glitzy runways of New York.
Be sure to bookmark and blogroll American Power.

Happy Labor Day Weekend comrades!
Here’s a little roundup of great posts from the Robo-Reading List to help you through the next few days.
First, Carol of No Sheeples Here is participating in Project 2996, which for her part she honors the slain of 9/11/2001 with a tribute a day until Sept. 11. A very touching way to remember the heroes of that day who lost their lives. Carol’s blog has been featured blog this week, so please be sure to visit her site and let her know that an imaginary robot does indeed dream of electric sheep. Thank you.
As a side note, I’m considering changing the title of “Featured Blog” to “Honorary Android” or something close like “Android Army.” What do you think? Suggestions?
Next up is the blogosphere’s very own Stacy McCain, who truly earns the title of “Roving Reporter” this week by traveling all the way to Alaska to cover some Republican primary or something. I think Joe Miller’s name came up at some point. While he was in the neighborhood, he stopped in to check on the Palin family.
As Red said, “How freaking cool is this?”
Speaking of my favorite redhead, she and the crew of Corndog are in the process of making the move to Texas and could use a little help for the U-Haul. Drop by over there and throw a couple of bucks in the tip jar.
So, one half of The Other McCain is off playing world traveler, rubbing elbows and rattling the tip jar no doubt trying to get enough shoe leather funds for a ride home, while Smitty, the balder and sometimes bolder half is covering everything else it would seem. Some highlights:
SOS: Sissypuss, Obama, And Skippy
Staying on the election theme, my Jersey buddy Russ, the constant campaigner has been working his arse off for another favorite of mine, Anna Little who is up against some huge opposition in the form of Frank Pallone. Russ exudes confidence in his post over at The Resistance:
I’m telling you right now, as you sit there, that this is the single biggest House electoral upset in history in the making.
Just a sample of what we’re up against:
- 22-year hard progressive incumbent (proud author of PalloneCare and cap-and-trade)
- $4 million warchest (the richest in the house)
- 2 to 1 D to R demographic in the 6th District (34-17)
- Ridiculously gerrymandered District intended solely to keep Frank Pallone in office (just look at it sometime)
But we’re gonna win.
Here’s a link to Anna’s donation page. It takes money to win these campaigns folks. Either we give now to the candidates who will fight the beast or the beast will take your money anyway to redistribute as they see fit. The choice is yours.
I must add that all of the above causes are ones I consider most worthy. I wouldn’t recommend a donation to someone I haven’t personally donated to myself.
Now for something more light-hearted, The Troglopundit attempts to overcome yesterday’s Eva Mendes hotness with a single Megan Fox pic. Weak, my friend, weak, but still hot!
Lance also asks a relevant question.
Little Miss Attila brings up a good point about Chuck Norris:
Of course, there’s the issue of whether we should be listening to a guy who loses his damn gun in every single movie he’s in . . .
Then again, he is Chuck Norris, why would he be carrying a gun if not to lose it for the plot line?
Ha! I just used “Chuck Norris” and “plot line” in the same sentence. Where’s my award?
Bluegar. ROTFL Cougar. Bluegar. Whatever, watch the vid.
How does one spell “Bluegar” anyway?
Ruby Slippers points us to Dallas, TX Representative Eddie Bernice Johnson’s apparent mis-allocation of funds to her own relatives and the poor job she puts forth in defense of her actions.
Since 2005 Johnson has awarded a total of 23 scholarships to family members.Johnson additionally awarded scholarships to 5 other students who did not meet the residency requirements specified by the nonprofit Congressional Black Caucus Foundation
Eddie Bernice Johnson is also pointed out on this blog’s Texas 11 page, which highlights the 11 Texas Representatives who voted for Obamacare, but the main reason for that page is not just to highlight those Socialist scumbags but to call attention to their opponents. Eddie B. Johnson’s opponent is the most worthy Stephen Broden, a Constitutional Conservative who has been a featured guest on the Glenn Beck Show on several occasions and who I believe spoke at the Restoring Honor Rally in D.C. last weekend with Dr. Alveda King although I did not see that part personally.
Hmmm, I think I just found a nomination for next weeks Ten Buck Fridays poll. Steven Broden!
Yankee Phil brings some Dennis Miller and MMMMMM, Bacon.
Cassandra over at Villainous Company plays Queer Eye for the Oval Office Guy, with hilarious results. And don’t forget the comments. Out. Freaking. Standing. Stellar work, Madame.
Gator Doug asks, “Hey kids, who is ready to see Alan Grayson make an ass of himself again?”

Proof Positive has a linkfest of his own going.
American Power notes that fewer young people are identifying as Democrat and comments on the queering of the school system.

This week’s blog of note is No Sheeples Here!
There are few people in the world who possess the innate ability to juxtapose current events, humor and biting commentary so adeptly in the photo-manipulation and artwork formats as Carol of No Sheeples Here! The Queen of Photoshop, Carol has amused most of us with her mad skillz at one time or another and has had yours truly slack-jawed with amazement on quite a few occasions.
Being the rabid patriot she is, Carol is also a preternatural master of political prose, possessing the ability to boil most any subject down to the root causes and strip away the chaff, showing us that she understands the subjects at hand at the visceral as well as contextual levels.
All that being said, the main reason I’m featuring her blog this week is, I just plain like her. Carol has been and continues to be one of the nicest people I’ve met on the net and one of the best humored. Although, judging from her artwork, which I must guess befits her demeanor, I wouldn’t want to tangle with The Queen.
Keep up the fine work, my friend, and I’ll keep stealing it. Deal?
Visit Carol’s site, No Sheeples Here often.
Also, check out her Photoshop repository, Mako Snark.
She also blogs at a few other great places. I would encourage you to explore her websites and find those as well. The bloggers she partners with are some of the best in the business, as I’m sure you will see.
Don’t forget to update your bookmarks and place these sites prominently in your blogrolls. You won’t regret the additions.
