Our president thinks he’s a hypnotist, and why wouldn’t he? He obviously put half the population under some kind of spell to convince them to vote for him. How else was he able to get all those folks to cast aside the glaringly obvious truth of his hatred for America and stated desire to change it into a communistic style of government?

Every other word he utters is a contradiction of the one before or a set-up for the lie to come after. Who in their right mind can listen to absolutely preposterous, convoluted notions like “job-killing tax cuts” and come away with the assurance that the man has our best interest at heart? Those are the words spoken by a person who knows he is doing wrong and will boldly beat you over the head with the fact that he’s doing it. He thinks he’s the guy that can sell igloos to Eskimos or the Brooklyn Bridge to a New Yorker.

He also wants US to believe that 80% of us want to pay more taxes but we aren’t buying, Mister President. A growing majority of US knows you for the charlatan you are.

Barack Hussein Obama is the epitome of everything the Democratic Party and the Progressive/Communist/Socialist elite have been striving for since Woodrow Wilson occupied the office Obama continues to disgrace.  Compare Marxist ideology to the modern Democrat Party ideals and you will find similarities too numerous to ignore.

Barack Hussein Obama is not your typical tax and spend democrat either. He’s much, much worse on an exponential scale. He’s a T & S D on steroids with nefarious ulterior motives who has the cooperation of a compliant media and a plethora of crony politicians eager to give him more power.

I’ve said before, and I think it becomes more apparent every day, Barack Hussein Obama is committing treason against the USA by using American social programs against the very economic engine that made those programs possible in the first place; all in order to overwhelm the system with ever increasing demands and thereby collapsing the economy and ushering in a new type of government. This method was conceived by Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven and is known as the Cloward-Piven Strategy. Its stated goal is to achieve political and social change through orchestrated crisis. It is out and out economic warfare and is especially dangerous when combined with the Communist/Socialist agenda exposed by Iowa Rep. Curtis Bowers. It is an evil that strikes directly at the heart of natural law, liberty and America as envisioned by our founding fathers and must be passionately opposed wherever it is discovered.

For Liberty, ‘bot.

Conservatives should be wary of nominating just “anyone.” We need to carefully select who will run against Oblahblah else we could end up with another Bush who will lead us in the same progressive direction, just taking the scenic route. Or worse, not nominate a candidate conservative enough to defeat Oblather at all.

Spellchek has a great essay on what it will take to save the country and a few musings on the establishment. Here’s a sample:

Capitalism must have a failure mechanism. It’s the only way it works. Bailouts don’t apply. Government intervention and market manipulation don’t either. You can’t experience the rewards of capitalism and the opportunities it provides without the risk of failure present. That’s the check and balance to keep the free market honest. No bailouts, no stimulus, no artificial interest rate manipulation, no printing money, no picking winners and losers. None of it. In other words, none of the Obama agenda can be tolerated.

He doesn’t pull any punches when it comes to the RINO GOP contenders either. I highly recommend you read the whole thing.

This Independence Day weekend while we are having fun at cookouts and gatherings we would do well to keep in mind the sacrifices the Founders made in order to create the US of A and think about what we should do to save her.

God Bless America.

A few days after the post ‘Defining “American”‘ I received a comment from Kristen informing me of her decision to respond to the article as a project for her college English Argument class, and asking if I would be interested in reading her paper when finished. Since she was very polite, I responded in the affirmative, with the caveat that if she did indeed send the paper to me, I might publish some, all or none of the rebuttal. After much hand wringing on the issue, I have decided to publish her entire argument. I think anyone who has children in public school or college needs to know what they are being taught. And I think Kristen proves my point that far too many people have forgotten what it truly means to be American, even if she didn’t intend to.

If you haven’t already read it, you may wish to read my original piece, here. I’ll offer some thoughts after Kristen has her say.

Response to Defining “American”

Medicare is currently doing its job now without being excessive, according to the chart you provide. Social Security was one of the many programs passed as part of the New Deal in 1935. (Kelly) It was successful in getting America back to economic prosperity whether you consider it socialist or not and that is why it is still around today. So why, all of the sudden, in the near future would it be predicted that we would be sending so much more on Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid. Medicare has been around since 1965 and government health insurance has been around much longer than that. In the early 1900s states began to collect taxes to be used as insurance premiums from workers and employers. The reason this did not work was because individual states did not want to implement extra taxes that may put the business in their states at a disadvantage during the Great Depression. (Corning)

“One of the duties of the State is that of caring for those of its citizens who find themselves the victims of such adverse circumstances as makes them unable to obtain even the necessities for mere existence without the aid of others. That responsibility is recognized by every civilized nation. . . . To these unfortunate citizens aid must be extended by Government–not as a matter of charity but as a matter of social duty.” (Corning) In my opinion that is part of what it means to be American, to not only keep up with the other civilized first world nations but to surpass them with our new ideas and high standards. Being American is about being able to have different opinions.

Saying that “more people are against America as it was founded than slavery” is a contradiction. America was founded on great principals but those principals often did not translate into reality.  In theory it sounds good; America was founded on the principal of escaping oppression on the basis of religious persecution. But ironically early America, as it was founded, was a very oppressive place. It was oppressive to women, poor people, and anyone who was not white. The American voting system was designed to prevent majority tyranny but how can that work if the oppressed minority cannot vote to begin with? This method of preventing majority tyranny did not work then and it continues to fail today. (Garlikov) Even when the minority on any number of issues can vote they continue to be outnumbered and oppressed by the majority. This is why progress is slow but of course progress will come, as it always has, with America leading the way. I am a strong believer in Democracy because I believe that most people want to do things that are good and right. While we may agree on what those things may be we still have the same goal and we both want what is best for America. I know that progress takes a long time, like civil rights and women’s rights. I feel bad that those things could not have happened sooner but it came when the people were ready for it and I understand that only when a value is generally held by a society that it can work as a part of law. To me that is what it means to be American: paving the road to progress.

You say that Obama is redistributing the wealth but you are failing to mention that our previous president, George W. Bush, was guilty of exactly what you are accusing Obama of. We all know that the higher your income is the higher your taxes are, but Bush made special exceptions. A Congressional study said that “families earning more than $1 million a year saw their federal tax rates drop more sharply than any group in the country as a result of President Bush’s tax cuts” and that “tax rates for middle-income earners edged up.” (Andrews) Bush may have lowered taxes for everyone but the people who got the biggest tax breaks were in the top one percent income earners in the United States. He added tax cuts on investment income and on estates specifically to benefit the richest households. Just one decade of those tax cuts would cost a trillion dollars. (Andrews) And the people to pick up the tab for the money lost during the Bush administration will be my generation and maybe yours since I do not know how old you are.  The bottom forty percent of income earners get money back from the government and pay what is considered negative taxes so they were not affected by the Bush tax cuts. (Andrews) Obama extended the Bush tax cuts to individuals making less than $200,000 per year and families making less than $250,000 per year. In 2010 Obama gave businesses a $5,000 tax credit for each new employee they added. (Khan, Jaffe)

In your blog you say “The true definition of being an American has been diluted by diversity and diffused by political correctness.” I believe that this statement reflects the opposite of the definition of American. America has always been a nation of immigrants. America is perhaps the most diverse nation in the world. Having a diverse mix of ethnicities, cultures, and opinions and being able to live with and accept it makes America great. I agree that political correctness is not always a good thing in certain specific situation when it does not reflect truth. We should be able to talk about and address all types of stereotypes, perhaps then we can overcome our differences.  In the words of Barack Obama “The anger is real, it is powerful, and to simply wish it away, to condemn it without understanding its roots, only serves to widen the chasm of misunderstanding that exists between the races.” (“Obama Tackles Race Divide in Major Speech”)

I agree with you that many people unrightfully have an entitlement mindset. These people tend to think “what can my country do for me” and are ungrateful what for what we provide to them with our tax dollars. But we cannot let these people affect the way we think of everyone who receives welfare nor should they be able to ruin the system for everyone. You say that “… the America we thought we knew is teetering on the precipice of a debt cliff caused by overspending on unearned entitlements.” But it is estimated that only about four percent of the United States budget is being spent on welfare. (How Much Does the Nation Spend on Welfare? – Public Aid, State Expenditures For Social Welfare, Private Welfare Expenditures, Welfare-reform Legislation) Entitlement programs like Medicare and Social security are paid into by the public when they pay taxes, that is why they are entitled to them. Of course we all get the same benefits without paying the same amount of taxes. You may call that Socialism and in a way perhaps it is but I still do not believe it would be morally right to let the poorest people do without these programs, as they are the ones who need them most.

You talk a lot about what you call “generational training” which you describe as an inherent flaw with each younger generation that causes selfishness. I completely disagree. Selfish, greedy people have always existed and always will. My young generation of new voters has plenty of pride and work ethic. In fact it is the older generation that takes the most from government if you include the entitlement programs Social Security and Medicare, which take up over thirty percent of the United States federal budget. (“Nullification: Are State Level Officials Really Opposed to Federal Encroachment?”) But I understand that they need those things and have the right to them. I sympathize with them knowing that I will probably be old one day too and I hope that when that day comes the programs I am entitled to are there to help me after I have paid into them my entire life.
As much as our opinions on these issues may differ I believe that, like I said before, we share a common interest: to make America better.  I can see that you have strong opinions, as do I, and that is a good thing. Our passion and enthusiasm about politics and America is something we have in common. And because this is America we both can freely express our opinions, which I think is wonderful.

-Kristen

Here is my reply, slightly abbreviated, as I feel my actual rebuttal lies in most of the posts already on my blog and those of many other conservatives.

Kristen,

I’m glad you chose my piece as the opposing view for your article and I hope you continue your search for what it means to be an American. It is one of the most important questions you will ever ask of yourself or your fellow Americans.

You mentioned in your accompanying email message that you didn’t want to start a debate but I cannot let these arguments go unchallenged. It is clear to me that you are concerned for the well being of your fellow Americans and that is admirable. It is also painfully clear that you’ve bought into the whole “victim mentality” that permeates much of our country and serves only to reinforce the entitlement culture. While you say we agree on the fact that some entitlements are unearned, you don’t propose any steps to alleviate the problem. In fact, you mention it once and proceed to gloss over it.

I could go through Kristen’s piece line by line, but I’ll just do the first. It exemplifies the rest.

Medicare is currently doing its job now without being excessive, according to the chart you provide.

Did you ignore the chart after 2011? Didn’t you see the projected outlay of money to social programs which, if left unchecked, will bankrupt the nation? Not being excessive? Really? We are currently living on borrowed money to enable these programs. The interest on that debt is a huge contributor to the projected debt levels in the chart, not to mention when Obamacare really gets going.

You mentioned also that, according to some guy who wrote something (FDR – Corning), it is the social duty of government to take money from those who have earned it and give that money to those who have not (The bottom line of your quote.). The qualifications for that “benefit” are also to be laid out by the government doing the taking. You don’t have a problem with that? You don’t see the potential for abuse of power being actualized at this moment by the politicians buying votes with peoples’ taxed (stolen) dollars? This is why the Founders were against social programs born of the Federal Government, because the Fed. is too far removed from the people it is supposed to serve. These programs belong at the local, regional, or state level, if they come from government at all. (See Romneycare for an example of more government healthcare failure.)

It is clear to me from your arguments that restraining the powers of the Federal Government to its original “few and defined” number, has ceased to be taught in our schools. In fact, it ceased to be taught years before the New Deal. If it had been, people would have never been duped into such a ponsi scheme as Social Security or many other New Deal type programs. The New Deal was the gateway drug to government’s addiction to taking it’s citizen’s property, leading the way to ever more taxes and increases on those taxes for some other new entitlement, and now that they have set the IRS as a redistributive tool, they disguise any thievery at all in some cloak of charitable outlay while accusing the taxed of being cold-hearted, uncaring and greedy. Witness political projection at it’s finest.

Not far from where I live is a city called Port Arthur, Texas, which has a rich history in the oil exploration and refinery industry. The city has been run for decades by predominantly liberal policy. As of the latest tally the local unemployment rate stands at 16% to 17%, which is quite probably the worst in Texas. The jobs are available. High paying ones. There are many workers coming in from all over the country to fill positions the local people won’t take. Why? Entitlement Mentality. They have been trained for years by their government and culture to not take a job if it will interfere with their welfare or unemployment check, plain and simple. The unemployment rate in the state of Texas is 8%. Even if we assume that 8% of the population of Port Arthur is indigent, how do you explain the other 8%? I’ve lived here for 25 years and I can tell you that they do not want a real job, even when one is readily available. If you look at most any city or county across the nation (Detroit for example?) that has long standing leftist policies I believe you will find the vast majority to be the same. People won’t work if they are paid not to. It’s that simple. Look for yourself. Question what your professors tell you is “progress” and you will find that their version of progress only takes away a person’s will to provide for themselves. Is it any wonder that the Heritage Fundation’s 2010 Index of Dependence on Government finds

…the United States is close to the point at which half of the population will not pay taxes for government benefits they receive.

Half the population. How does that happen?

When I said “Generational Training,” I was not referring to young people being defective, as you inferred from my piece. I was referring to actual instruction, which you have obviously been receiving at the hands of the very people who wish to see you enslaved. The fact that you can veil all of your arguments into a guilt ridden projection of our countries past faults to justify more spending of money not your own is what I was referring to when I said “Generational Training.” Those types of thought patterns don’t happen automatically unless you have been so instructed.

As far as GWB goes, you won’t find me defending his over spending or any other republican for that matter. I’m no big fan of government spending no matter which side of the aisle it comes from or who argues for it. I find it funny that some people can criticize Bush for spending too much but praise Obama for spending ten times more. I don’t like either group spending our money and neither should you.

In closing, Kristen, you did a very good job of laying out the leftist talking points and guilt trips. The 16th through19th centuries were harsh times in the entire world. I’d doubt very seriously that women or blacks or any minorities were treated with the respect they receive today. But you fail to mention the fact that it was in America where those rights first began to emerge. It was Americans who abolished slavery. It was in America that women got the right to vote. It was in America where blacks got the right to vote as well. Why must we be forced to pay the price for something you and I had no part in? I don’t recall ever having owned a slave or preventing anyone a vote. Those arguments are old and tired. Can’t we just get past them to truly address the real problems of the country?

The idea of individual liberty is at the core of America and it is individual liberty that is under attack. It must always be fought for because there will always be someone wishing to take it from you, even under the guise of Social Justice or some other re-branding. Call it what you will, it is still slavery trying to raise its ugly head, and it is still wrong.

The Troglopundit must be stopped!

First, he throws some lighter fluid on the already flimsy kindling that is the “when did bin Laden die” conspiracy.

(BTW, I like deathers too, but sharkers might work as well.)

Now he’s attempting to put to rest every conspiracy in the book!

JFK, The Truthers, The Moon Landing, Obama’s BC (You know where I stand on that one.) and now bin Laden, all in one fell swoop!

Hey, hold on there a minute, Bucko. Leave some meat for the rest of us wolves to chew on, would ya? If you disprove all of them, then we won’t be able to milk these things for more traffic until the Danica Patrick sex tape is released.

What? There is no Danica Patrick sex tape? Heh, that’s just what they told you.

As for bin Laden, everyone knows it was Smitty, in the hide, with the sniper rifle.

And now I hear that Belvedere has found the Mother Ship, Bigfoot and Elvis. Say it isn’t so!

Oh, and here’s an FYI: According to just about everyone on Twitter, the first rule of Seal Team Six is, there is no Seal Team Six.

Got it? Good.

Stay suspicious, my friends.

It Took The Obama Admin. 4 Years to Forge A BC, and They Still Screw It Up

So, Obama released his Certificate of Live Birth (long form) this morning after 4 plus years and countless requests for the document. The only problem with it is the Adobe pdf format document posted on the White House Blog web site, when opened in Adobe Illustrator shows multiple layers of information and text which should not be the case with a photographed image. A true photograph would contain only one layer. Another question is, why leave the layers there? Surely Illustrator has a way to flatten or merge the layers into one layer. Did they just forget? The main point is,the photo has clearly been modified and or manipulated. Why?

Here is a video just linked on Twitter that shows irrefutable proof of the layers.
UPDATE: The original video has been removed for some reason. I’ve found others that show the same thing, but, to be doubly sure, I’m going to check it myself before I put up another video. – Check back in a bit.

UPDATE II: I personally downloaded a trial copy of Adobe Illustrator, and the PDF file of the BC directly from the White House blog. This video is absolutely accurate. Not sure why the other video was removed.

Personally, I think this is a Clintonesque distraction, even if it is true that he’s ineligible for the presidency. Disproving his eligibility would take a Senate willing to take on the question and that just ain’t going to happen until the next election.

So why keep the issue front and center?

It’s a ploy to keep you focused on anything other than the destruction he is wreaking on the country and the turmoil he is causing in the world with his Keynesian economics and his dangerously cavalier handling of foreign policy, which is to say, his coddling of our enemies and snubbing of our allies.

Think of the BC as Monica Lewenski. (Sorry) The Clinton trial wasn’t about oral sex. It was about lying under oath about the accusations of Paula Jones, but Clinton was able to distract the public enough to snake his way through that maze. Obama is employing the same tactic that Clinton used much more effectively. What should be much more worrisome is, if he’s willing to carry on this charade, what is he attempting to distract us from?

I’ve said it many times but it bears repeating. Barack Hussein Obama is a charlatan. The BC controversy is but further proof.

Ignore the facts at your own peril, and America’s, my friends.

My conscience is clear.

UPDATE:

WND has more on the controversial document.

Obama: “We do not have time for this kind of silliness. We have more important things to do. I have more important things to do. “ Gateway Pundit: Cocky Obama Mocks America, Tells Oprah: “I Remember Being Born in Hawaii” (Video)

The tough choices have to be made. No matter what your political stripe. I don’t know if air strikes are the way to go here, but I’m not the one sitting in the oval orifice.

So O-bomb-a, rather than leading, follows the French and the UN. Tell me again how any of this makes America or O-bomb-a look better in the eyes of the world?

Wait. That was a rhetorical question.

R.S. McCain is also questioning the selective outrage and the outragers.

Meanwhile, The Rhetorican:

What’s missing? The ubiquitous sense of outrage in every nook and cranny of Leftie-dom that we couldn’t stop hearing back in 2003, before troops even started packing for Iraq.

True: The outrage is not “ubiquitous,” but what are lefties like Michael Moore going to do? They got nowhere to go. They backed the most left-wing nominee in the Democratic Party’s history — yes, Obama is further left than McGovern or Dukakis — and actually managed to get him elected. And the result is . . . ??

We’re still in Iraq and Afghanistan. Guantanamo is still in business. Bradley Manning is stripped naked in solitary confinement. Now, another military adventure. You’d think that people who’d been so blatantly screwed over, bamboozled, sold out, ripped off and stabbed in the back would eventually wise up.

But then again: They’re liberals.

Indeed.

Personally, I don’t think O-bomb-a would have called for air strikes on Libya unless it served his political purpose. He may just be bowing to international pressure and hoping to use this for capital later on down the road. He certainly didn’t take any great stand on the issue in the previous weeks, aside from the posturing and speeches with his adminstruation speaking from both sides of the issue thus confusing all parties as to what stance America was going to take.

I believe he wants all unrest in the middle east to continue. It serves as distraction to his radical domestic agenda and if you think he’s going to do anything that helps Israel that he isn’t forced to, then you haven’t been reading the tea leaves properly.

A few questions come to mind:
How’s that dhimmitude workin’ out for ya?

Tell me again what religion Obummer claims to be?

What would be the reaction from the left if we were to renovate some Christian Churches?

They will side with anyone or anything in their quest for more control, even if it means partnering with known enemies. I mean, I know the left are all about the free love thing but c’mon, the Muslim Brotherhood? Really? Do they actually know who they’re in bed with? Do they even care? What about that whole ‘separation of church and state’ mantra they like to throw around at parties? Isn’t embracing Islam in the White House a bit of hypocrisy?

I gotta warn you though; those beer goggles can be a bit of a bummer in the morning, especially when you find out you went to bed with a ten and woke up with a two that wants to chop your head off.

I’ve said before that I believe Obama to be a muslim. He’s said so himself. It is also a known fact that islam allows and even encourages muslims to be deceitful in order to infiltrate and convert their enemies so, for him to lie to achieve his aim of the submission of America to islam is not inconsistent with his religion.

Does anyone else see a double standard here? What kind of god encourages its followers to be untruthful, for any reason? Shouldn’t a righteous god insist his followers be above reproach in everything, above all, proselytizing?

My God does.

9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

islam’s sanctioning of deceit is just another example of the false prophet mohammed and his false god allah and their false, barbaric religion of blasphemy against the one true God of Abraham.

John Quincy Adams, the sixth President of the United States, knew of islam’s barbaric nature perhaps better than we. As noted by Dave Miller, Ph.D. in his article for Apologetics Press titled “John Quincy Adams on Islam,” he states:

No Christian would deny that many Christians in history have violated the precepts of Christ by mistreating others and even committing atrocities in the name of Christ. However, Adams rightly observes that one must go against Christian doctrine to do so. Not so with Islam—since violence is sanctioned:

The fundamental doctrine of the Christian religion, is the extirpation of hatred from the human heart. It forbids the exercise of it, even towards enemies. There is no denomination of Christians, which denies or misunderstands this doctrine. All understand it alike—all acknowledge its obligations; and however imperfectly, in the purposes of Divine Providence, its efficacy has been shown in the practice of Christians, it has not been wholly inoperative upon them. Its effect has been upon the manners of nations. It has mitigated the horrors of war—it has softened the features of slavery—it has humanized the intercourse of social life. The unqualified acknowledgement of a duty does not, indeed, suffice to insure its performance. Hatred is yet a passion, but too powerful upon the hearts of Christians. Yet they cannot indulge it, except by the sacrifice of their principles, and the conscious violation of their duties. No state paper from a Christian hand, could, without trampling the precepts of its Lord and Master, have commenced by an open proclamation of hatred to any portion of the human race. The Ottoman lays it down as the foundation of his discourse (Blunt, 29:300, emp. added).

The Founders were forthright in their assessment of the nature and teachings of Islam and the Quran. Americans and their political leaders would do well to take a sober look at history. To fail to do so will be catastrophic.

So, how’s that whole dhimmitude thing workin’ out for ya?

Some would like us to entertain the idea that Barack Hussein Obama is an idiot. ‘He is just inexperienced.’ ‘Give him a chance, he’ll get it right eventually,’ they might say. Or some would say there is a puppet-master lurking in an anteroom of the White House, feeding the teleprompter.

Some would say such things, and they might be right in most cases. But the larger truth is, there can be no doubt of Barack Hussein Obama’s motives. He despises America and everything it stands for. His actions reveal his plan even though his words leave you with whatever impression you want to take away from his convoluted double speak.

Even if someone or some other force is at work directing his actions, the actions and their consequences still lay at his feet.

A complicit media and congress have allowed him to do so much damage  to our constitution both through unconstitutional policy set by unelected appointees and passage of unjust, unconstitutional law, that it cannot be interpreted as anything but an attack on America.

I will offer a caveat though, lest someone say I’m being too harsh, let’s give credit where credit is due. While Obama is surely inexperienced at running a country; he’s doing a damn good job of running one into the ground.

I’ll also grant you this: the republicans and democrats alike have spent us into a hole of almost insurmountable debt over the last decades, weakening our resolve with ever increasing taxation while indoctrinating our people with their Utopian nightmare through the public schools and academia alike. However damaging that was, nothing compares to the onslaught of the socialistic, traitorous Democratic Party in charge of the legislature the past two years. It’s as if the last hundred years of failed social experimentation with the welfare state was just a set-up for the final blows to be administered by Obama, Pelosi and Reid and their collectivist, statist, sycophants.

… a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost is lost forever. When the People once surrender their share in the Legislature, and their Right of defending the Limitations upon the Government, and of resisting every Encroachment upon them, they can never regain it.” – John Adams, letter to wife Abigail 1775

A Constitutional Scholar vs. the Constitution:

Barack Hussein Obama and certain members of congress, with malice and forethought, are committing acts of treason in the process of ‘Fundamentally Transforming the United States of America.’

It is a fact that Obama and the university where he lectured labeled him a constitutional scholar.  I would think that an expert on the constitution is intimately aware of the limitations placed on the federal government by the constitution and as such, Obama has violated his oath of office merely by signing the unconstitutional Obamacare into law because it so violates the right of a citizen with its intrusive nature and the individual mandate to purchase a product. The law is plainly outside the constitution’s limitation of the federal government’s lawful reach, not to mention the underhandedness that transpired in the passage through the American throat.

During the choke down of Obamacare, they repeatedly ignored the wishes of the majority, bribed the bill through congress in closed door meetings, stretched and broke the rules of the House and Senate to pass the bill and once passed and signed; they now continue to ignore federal judges who have ruled Obamacare unconstitutional and unenforceable by continuing to implement it!

As an example of his disdain for the rule of law and of his attack on the American economy, Obama ignored, and still ignores, a federal judge’s ruling to lift the Gulf of Mexico drilling moratorium, in place since the BP Oil spill causing many oil rigs to relocate to waters strangely friendly to Obama’s communist dictator friends such as Hugo Chaves. In fact, another judge ruled just last week and ordered the administration to resume issuing drilling permits.

I won’t be holding my breath.

Oh, and don’t even think about coal.

Obamacare is just a part of the plan.

Even if this man were an idiot, he could not have stumbled into the perfect storm of his dream for ever expanding, unfunded, entitlements, his war on America’s oil and energy industry and his war on the private sector of America. These are part of a larger plan. He told us during the campaign his plan was ‘The Fundamental Transformation of the United States of America’ and he has proceeded to do just that.

How’s that transformation workin’ out for ya?

I contend that the latest $3.73 trillion budget proposal is more of the same. A continuation of the Cloward – Piven strategy aimed at burying the US in her own debt with the Federal Reserve playing right along by printing more money, monetizing our debt and alienating our allies, which also has the added benefit of producing the opposite effect: emboldening or enemies. Case in point: the Muslim Brotherhood’s current subversive dealings in the Middle East.

Neat how that works, isn’t it?

For the uninitiated: Cloward – Piven Strategy as summed up by David Horowitz:

The strategy of forcing political change through orchestrated crisis. The “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Are Obama and his ilk knowingly perpetrating acts of treason?

If Obama and the democrats are indeed maliciously orchestrating the collapse of our economy by placing increasingly overburdening demands on the system, and I believe they are, then they are in violation of their oaths to protect this country and are guilty of treason against our constitution and the citizens of this great nation.

TREASON

1. the offense of acting to overthrow one’s government or to harm or kill its sovereign.

2. a violation of allegiance to one’s sovereign or to one’s state.

3. the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

or, from the Legal Dictionary:

the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country or of assisting its enemies in war; specifically : the act of levying war against the United States or adhering to or giving aid and comfort to its enemies by one who owes it allegiance

TRAITOR

a person who is guilty of treason or treachery, in betraying friends, country, a cause or trust, etc.

I contend that the Obama administration has been knowingly and willfully ignoring the limitations placed on the federal government and thus have shattered their allegiance to the constitution they swore an oath to uphold.

The president’s oath of office reads:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

In my opinion Obama is, to the best of his ability, destroying, attacking, and assaulting the Constitution of the United States, exactly opposite of what he swore to do.

To those that would call me a conspiracy theorist I would counter with this: It doesn’t take a conspiracy when all the active parties are in accord with their ambitions and in this case, McCarthy was right! There were communists in our government and in fact, they are still there, only now, they’ve made it to the White House and a large part of the Legislature and have infiltrated most of the bureaucracy and are at this very moment systematically destroying the foundations of our republic!

A bloodless coup is still a coup.

Now that I’ve got the rant at least partially out of my system, lets, for the sake of clarity, examine some definitions of Treason as they apply in this case.

The U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section. 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Cloward-Piven Stategy as pointed out by James Simpson in his article for the American Thinker titled “Barack Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis” is economic warfare designed to bring about a specific end: The Fundamental Transformation of the United States of America.

It cannot be interpreted as anything else.

TREASON

1.     the offense of acting to overthrow one’s government or to harm or kill its sovereign.

Barack Hussein Obama, by employing the Cloward-Piven Stategy is, by definition, attempting to overthrow the government from the inside. To remake America into something it was never intended to be, in fact, to remake it into precisely the opposite of its original intent.

2.     a violation of allegiance to one’s sovereign or to one’s state.

When Obama took the oath of office, he swore an oath to defend the Constitution and almost immediately afterward proceeded to ignore it and dismantle it. He has done so from the highest position of power in the land and therefore has violated his oath of allegiance to The United States and to protect the Constitution.

3.     the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

Obama has betrayed the trust placed in him by the people of the United States through the office of the Presidency and has attempted to conceal the enormity of his malicious intent through the use of subterfuge and deceit with the aid of many in Congress and the media.

This is not just a clash of ideology.

Barack Hussein Obama and his comrades have committed, and continue to commit, treason against the United States of America in any and every definition of the word. There has never been a better example.

These crimes must be tried and, when found guilty; the offending parties must be punished. We must do this to dissuade future leaders from following their despicable example before these actions become the norm.

We must prosecute these criminals in order to reassert our rights as Americans, as a free people and as rulers of our own destiny.

*

Today, we celebrate the birth of the Father of our Country, who, at this very moment is spinning in his grave at jet engine speeds while the country he helped create is dismantled and spat upon from the seat he himself once occupied.

My sincere apologies, Mr. President, we have failed you and ourselves. We have failed to keep watch. We have let the dragon in the gate. Now we must battle him in our own front yard.

God help us all.

Continuing the mantra of “I never met a communist I didn’t like,” the Obama’s welcomed Chinese Dictator Hu Jintau to the White-house with open arms and a formal dinner this week while his Democrat cronies prattled on about China’s currency policies and paid token lip service the country’s human rights violations, all the while warning China that “If they don’t straighten up, we’re going to use some really tough language, Little Mister.”

Note to our comrades in Congress: have you looked in the collective mirror lately? Anyone noticed that China holds the majority of US debt to the tune of $1   trillion? Threatening China with tariffs at this point would be akin to telling your loan shark to take a flying leap off the nearest skyscraper, with equally horrifying and predictable results. Cement shoes, anyone? Stop with the useless posturing and set your own finances in order before you start telling others to balance their checkbooks.

Personally, I think the biggest points scored for the Obama’s were by Michelle with a tie-dyed flaming red and orange something-or-other that must have been retro-fitted from a set of movie theater drapes, which was overly dramatic and so, fit the occasion perfectly, in her own obtuse way. Hu knows? Maybe the drapes in question will be returned to said cinema and enshrined after the occasion.

I also wonder if they re-gifted those Chairman Mao tree ornaments, or if the dinner plates were leaded with Mao’s likeness. Yum!

On a related note, a classic rock band has weighed in on the situation:

From the Robo-Mail box:

Dear Abby,

My husband has a long record of money problems.  He runs up huge credit-card bills and at the end of the month, if I try to pay them off, he shouts at me, saying I am stealing his money.  He says pay the minimum and let our kids worry about the rest, but already we can hardly keep up with the interest.

.

Also he has been so arrogant and abusive toward our neighbors that most of them no longer speak to us.  The few that do are an odd bunch, to whom he has been giving a lot of expensive gifts, running up our bills even more.

.

Also, he has gotten religious.  One week he hangs out with Catholics and the next with people who say the Pope is the Anti-Christ, and the next he’s with Muslums.

.

Finally, the last straw.    He’s demanding that before anyone can be in the same room with him, they must sign a loyalty oath.  It’s just so horribly creepy!
Can you help?
Signed, Lost in DC

.

.

Dear Lost:
Stop whining, Michelle.
You can divorce the jerk any time you want.
The rest of us are stuck with him for two more years!

.

.

.

Doh!
