Money Bomb

The new Ten Buck Friday poll is up. You’ll notice that John Faulk from (TX- 18), is again included. I know you know who I voted for, right? Mr. Faulk is running against that train-wreck queen Sheila Jackson Lee, who is featured, not in a good way, as one of the 11 Texans who voted for Obamacare on this site somewhere or another.

Let’s vote for John Faulk in this weeks poll and get him a monetary boost to help dethrone the queen, shall we?

This week, RightKlik is evidently engaged in some capitalistic endeavor so No Sheeples Here has stepped up to compile a list of links for us. Hey, thanks Carol!

The new poll is up and running. I’m a bit late posting but better late than never right?

This week I’ve nominated Francisco Canseco (TX-23) who is running against one of the 11 Texans who voted for Obamacare, Ciro Rodriguez.

.

.

It appears that Rep. Rodriguez thinks you should listen to him when he lies to you, you little insolent woman!

I don’t believe any taxpayer should be treated in such a way. Even if they don’t believe a word you say.

Let’s support someone who has the right message of Constitutionally limited government.

Francisco Canseco:

Our federal government has become a power and money grabbing behemoth which places itself above our individual liberties and freedom.

America’s true strength comes from our rugged individualism, entrepreneurial spirit, faith in God, and family unity.

You can friend Francisco on Facebook too!

I’ve cast my vote. Now it’s your turn!

Mr. Canseco:

.

From Right Klik:

Ten Buck Fridays is proud to announce that Stephen Broden is the winner of this week’s TBF poll. Broden demonstrates a profound understanding of the compelling issues that are at stake in the upcoming election.

Pastor Broden in 2009:

I’ve just made my donation to Stephen Broden’s campaign for Congress. Please join with me and the over 80 TBF blogs and patriots in support of conservative candidates who will fight for us in the halls of Congress.

Mr. Broden’s donation page is here.

Please make a note of Ten Buck Fridays somewhere on the donation form.

We had another nail biter this week with our TBF poll, and Ilario Pantano finished in first place. About fifteen minutes before the poll closed, Pantano and and Sean Bielat were tied! Coincidentally, both of the top two TBF candidates were endorsed by Michelle Malkin this week, as was Renee Ellmers (last week’s TBF winner).
Why should we care about races from North Carolina to Massachusetts to Oregon? Because every Congressman in every corner of the country has an impact on your life. So please support strong conservative candidates wherever they’re from. Don’t forget the fact that the National GOP establishment is primarily interested in perpetuating the National GOP establishment. And deep-pocketed industrial entities like Big Pharma and Walmart are often more invested in statism and crony capitalism than liberty and free-enterprise.
Economic and personal freedom will be available in the future only if we are prepared to make the necessary financial investments in leaders who will stand for our Constitutional rights and freedoms. If good candidates can’t get the money they need to run their campaigns from us (the grassroots), they’ll be forced to rely on special interest groups for their support. And then we’ll only have ourselves to blame for a country increasingly overrun by corruptocrats.
The bottom line is this. We can’t save our country with clicks and tweets. We have to give up our money. This week, please send some cash to our TBF winner, Ilario Pantano (or to some other conservative who understands the value of freedom).
Want to know why Ilario Pantano deserves your support? Michelle Malkin provides a good thumbnail sketch:

Longtime readers of this blog and Hot Air know the extraordinary story of Ilario Pantano’s heroism. He’s the Marine sniper-turned-Wall Street trader who rejoined the military after 9/11, faced the death penalty for killing two Iraqi insurgents in the heat of battle in a terrorist-infested town near Baghdad, fought fiercely and successfully to clear his name, wrote the book Warlord chronicling his experiences, and defended other defenders who volunteer to put themselves in harm’s way for their countrymen.

Pantano is continuing his journey of public service in the political square. He’s running against Democrat incumbent Rep. Mike McIntyre in North Carolina’s 7th district. UNC Wilmington prof andTownhall columnist Mike Adams has a nice profile of Pantano here.

Pantano’s website is here: He’s on a mission to protect the homeland, preserve conservative values, and increase fiscal accountability. Please lend your support to a warrior who put his life on the line for America.

*Here’s Ilario Pantano’s donation page.

Please leave the words “Ten Buck Fridays” in the online donation form.

Right Klik is back from some Capitalist efforts and has once again done some fine legwork putting together the Conservative Candidate lineup for your information and edification. I’ve posted the new poll on the sidebar as well.

Right Klik also posted a telling compilation of video moments from the last few months which tells the story of why it is so important for everyone to get educated and involved in the Conservative movement.

We must oust the Democrat and RINO Republican aristocrats who are trampling our Constitution and have been doing so for the last hundred years or more. It’s not going to be easy, but it is necessary if we are to remain a free America. Voting for true Conservatives is the only way to achieve this goal within the framework of our system of government. To remain on the path we’ve been on is a road to serfdom.

Another week closer to November and another conservative candidate is the beneficiary of a TBF moneybomb. This week Joel Demos has been chosen by popular vote to receive the coveted reward. Joel has garnered accolades from none other than Ed Morrissey of Hot-Air, who writes:

“Minnesota’s Fifth Congressional District may be one of the most liberal districts in the nation. It sent Keith Ellison to Congress in 2006 and kept him there in 2008 by a 48-point margin. It’s a D+23 district according to the Cook Report, but that almost certainly understates the Sisyphean task any Republican would have in pushing Ellison aside, even in a year like this. Instead of Sisyphus pushing the boulder up the hill, Joel Demos gives us a slightly more modern take on how this task looks — and what it will take to succeed…

“Joel has the unenviable task of door-knocking in this district, but from what I hear around the campfire, he’s taking that task and others very seriously…”

About Joel Demos.

Joel Demos on the issues.

Donate to Joel.

As RightKlik says:

Demos also took the task of winning your TBF vote very seriously. He needs your help! As he noted in the original intro to his clever viral video, “This only works if you donate!”
TBF is proud to help introduce Joel to conservatives all over the country, and we look forward to his victory in November. If you can, please send some cash to Joel Demos!
Giving money to hard-working conservative candidates feels good. I know, because I do it every week! I just sent $10 to Joel Demos; now it’s your turn:

A new TBF poll goes up on Sunday. Please keep the nominations and blog posts, Facebook posts and tweets coming!

Ten Buck Fridays grew from an idea by Conscientiously Conservative.

The new poll is up and awaiting your votes for the most deserving candidate. Right Klik has the usual round up and begins this week with a quote:

We’ll introduce this week’s TBF poll with one of the most important motivational lines of the year:  “All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good folks to do nothing…” ~Edmond Burke paraphrased

Who supports Ten Buck Fridays?
Donate to last week’s winner, Donna Campbell!
Also, check out what these patriots have to say about Ten Buck Fridays:
  • Lilac Sunday: Let’s make every Congressional race in 2010 a national race!
  • Left Coast Rebel: You’ll be pleasantly surprised!
  • Randy’s Roundtable: This week I am pulling for Rick Berg to unseat the 9 term liberal
  • No Sheeples Here: Get over there and cast your vote. When Friday rolls around, we will all band together to donate to the winner’s campaign in a collective effort to win back Washington.
  • Pirate’s Cove: Right Klik has the latest on Ten Buck Fridays
  • The Other McCain: Smitty reminds you to “Stay awesome, and don’t forget Ten Buck Fridays!”
  • Woody’s Place: Brilliant Video, Great Idea… Here’s a brilliant little video produced by Ten Buck Fridays.
  • Proof Positive: The first step in a participatory government is participating in who your candidates are. Unfortunately, that usually takes money.

Ten Buck Fridays grew from an idea by Conscientiously Conservative.

Congratulations are in order for Doctor Donna Campbell who is running against one of the 11 Texas wack-jobs that voted for ObamaCare. Lloyd Doggett decided to vote against the will of the people. He does not deserve to represent the great state of Texas any longer.
Ten Buck Fridays is shining a bright light into every corner of the country this year. Our goal is to help deserving conservatives across the nation as they fight to take the government back from the left-wing extremists who have defied the will of the people and have dragged our country to the precipice.
There’s no place for Pelosi’s liberal sock puppets to hide, not even in deep blue Austin, Texas.
Courageous conservatives like Donna Campbell need financial help. But if we all sit around waiting for someone else to provide that help, November will bring some serious disappointments.
Please give generously to this week’s TBF winner, Donna Campbell, M.D. I’ve sent my donation, now it’s your turn!
Campbell’s online donation form has a great place to identify your donation as a Ten Buck Fridays contribution.
You can find much more info on Doctor Campbell and the Ten Buck Fridays program at Right Klik.

The new poll has been posted and once again John Faulk has been included in the list. (Yea!)

I don’t think I need to tell any of my readers of my complete disdain for the Congresswomaaaaan Queen Sheila Jackson Lee, so get to clicking and tell your friends about Ten Buck Fridays!

Right Klik has the list of candidates posted over at his place so head on over there and get to know some good conservative patriots.

And speaking of voting, The registration deadline in Texas is one month before the election in November, that’s October 2, 2010. If you know a conservative who hasn’t registered to vote, encourage them to do so!

This week marks the first time that a candidate I nominated did not win the TBF poll, but I’m not upset about it. John Faulk made a great showing and I’m glad to see the many Faulk supporters out there who wish to dethrone Queen Sheila J. Lee.

I will, as promised, be donating to both of these worthy campaigns.

Mister Faulk also had a bit of fun with the straw poll, showing what a true gentleman he is. For the details on that and the info on the winner, Patricia Sullivan, I surrender the virtual podium to my worthy colleague, Right Klik:

For much of this week, I was wondering what we would do if our TBF poll ended with a tie. Patricia Sullivan and John Faulk were literally deadlocked almost every time I peeked at the poll results.
Making it even more interesting, Sullivan and Faulk made an intriguing deal. Now I’m looking forward to seeing Mr. Faulk in one of Patricia’s tee shirts!
Sullivan and Faulk both worked very hard for your vote, and I want to thank both of them for their good-natured rivalry. I wish them both the best of luck in their quest to unseat two of the most vile leftists in Congress.
In the final hours of this week’s poll, Patrica Sullivan pulled ahead for the victory, so now we focus our attention on her. If Sullivan wins the primary election on August 24, she will go on to face the loathsome Alan Grayson in November. If Sullivan is to succeed, she will certainly need your love, support, and appreciation, but she will also need some cold hard cash.
“But RightKlik,” you exclaim, “I don’t live in Sullivan’s district, and I’m not really keen on this idea of giving up a portion of my walkin’ around money for conservative candidates.” Well, Maggie has a few words for you.
Please give generously to Patricia Sullivan so she can go on with her noble work. I want to hear about some big numbers from Patricia’s people next week!
Patricia’s Donation Box is on the very front page of her website. Contribute to Patricia Sullivan for Congress:
Don’t forget to label you donation “Ten Buck Fridays”

“Thank you Patriots! Although it was an honor just to be nominated, we are thrilled that YOUR hard work and networking handed us a BIG WIN in the Ten Buck Fridays’ poll! Blogs will be spreading the word and you can too. Donate $10 and help us stay on pace to beat Alan Grayson!”

“Patricia Sullivan Won! My congratulations to Ms. Sullivan, a worthy opponent, who campaigned hard and got her base out! Losing to the future CongressMOM FL-8 was an honor. We all need to help her as much as we can. My leadership PAC will be making a contribution to her cause. I hope all of you will do the same. As the loser, I will follow through and post a picture of me in Ms. Sullivan’s campaign Tee shirt! GO GET’EM PATRICIA!”

Both of you who read this blog on a regular basis Anna Little for Congress sign Texas 3know that I’m a big Little fan. Jersey girl is alright with this robotic writer, so I’m extremely pleased to announce that this weeks Ten Buck Fridays vote has been tallied and Anna Little has emerged victorious.

Now head over to Anna’s site and donate what you feel you can afford. Anna is facing a tough incumbent in Frank Pallone and her campaign can use every dollar.

RightKlik has a nice post detailing the Anna Little victory and give suggestions on another worthy candidate if you are feeling extra generous.

Super-Blogger, Nice Deb has picked up the TBF torch and is running with us, as is StopTheACLU, Maggie’s Notebook, WorldDailyNews, Hack Wilson, The Conservative Lady Polemicon and many many others.

I’m swamped with work today so, this is short and sweet. Go give Anna Little some money!

Ciao.

This time last week, I had no idea I would be sending cash to Minnesota…
Congratulations to Michele Bachmann for winning this week’s Ten Buck Fridays. In a ten-way race, Bachmann ran away with 42% of the vote.
Bachmann is certainly a worthy conservative candidate who faces a tough fight in the fall. Liberals love to loathe Michele Bachmann, and they’re ready to invest large quantities of cash to beat her in November.
So please, if you can afford to give Michele Bachman a little cash this week, send an Alexander Hamilton to Bachmann for Congress. (And if you’re not participating in the current recession, perhaps you’d like to send a Jackson, or even a Benjamin.)
Thanks again to all the great conservatives who have jumped on board to support TBF this week. It’s been fun firing up the old Google machine to find dozens of new TBF enthusiasts. Check in with Polemicon for the unabridged list of TBF supporters, and let him know if any names are missing.
And please continue submitting nominations for next week’s poll. Several names have already been submitted, but there’s plenty of room for more. On Sunday, the top 10 nominees will identified, and the TBF cycle will move on!
Eighteen weeks until the ultimate tea party on November 2, 2010…make every week count!

(Don't forget to "label" your donation!)

Reaganite Republican takes note! (Ten-Buck Fridays ROCK… and Twenty’s Twice as Nice!)
