VIA Houston Radio KTRH and radio talk show host Michael Berry who has a post up with phone numbers to call and express your opinions.

They fought for their country, now they’re fighting against it.

A trio of Houston area veterans groups is suing Veterans Affairs and the director of the local National Cemetery claiming they’re trying to censor religious freedom during funerals and other ceremonies.

This is an outrage and should not be allowed to continue. The families of our fallen heroes should be allowed any form of prayer or religious services they wish without the government’s pre-approval of prayers submitted beforehand.

God bless our veterans and soldiers.

It’s only going to get worse. I was reading that Tajikistan has pasted a law making it illegal for parents to take children and teenagers to religious services. They will try it here eventually.

I agree with Trestin; it will only get worse.

You have got to be kidding. Big Brother is now reaching into family funerals and taking God out of a religious ceremonies. What will the Muzzlocrats think of next?

How does the government justify removing God from a religous service? Is this a shining example of the Constitutional freedoms these soldiers fought and died for? As a USAF retiree, I will spread this story to all the vets @ my VFW post, as well as everyone I deal with day to day

Un F*n Believable. I’d make them arrest me and every mother’s son there.

We are looking into the Abyss folks.

This is just another assault on our constitutionally protected religious rights. The Left and their political correctness needs to be thrown away like garbage IMO. The Left has no respect for our Constitution. This really irks me.

WTF, we all agree this is incredibly wrong, but who do we address to fix it? are we coming up on an election year!!
