He might just as well have said “fellow communist.”
Are they really that good at what they do? I suppose it depends on how you look at it. If for instance, you think 22% actual private sector unemployment and bailing out underfunded pensions and banks and insurance companies all on the public’s back are all good things, then by all means, let’s pay government employees twice what the average private sector employee makes. Never mind the fact that they don’t produce a single marketable product, which is what an economy should be based on.
