I really wish I hadn’t read that, but since I did, you must now be subjected to the same mental torture, in keeping with the current regime’s mantra of sharing the wealth and spreading the pain.

Ten Buck Fridays – Time to “Chip” In!

Dear Rush,
You’ve said that we should nationalize every House and Senate race in 2010. Well, I want to let you know that there is a small but growing group of bloggers who are trying to do just that. The effort is called Ten Buck Fridays.
Ten Buck Fridays is a small-d democratic moneybomb project of the patriotic blogosphere. Back in May, a blogger called Conscientiously Conservative declared her intent to donate $10 to a different worthy national Congressional candidate each week, and the concept is spreading across the web.
Each week, voters decide which conservative Congressional candidate needs their support the most, and everyone is encouraged to donate what they can to the winner. There is no middleman, no national committee; anyone motivated to donate sends their support to the candidates directly. The poll that closed last Friday morning was carried on 60 blogs and received over 2000 votes…
As of now, at least 65 blogs have helped to spread the word about Ten Buck Fridays, and over 2,600 people voted in this week’s poll!

Obamacare Exposed!

Matt, of Conservative Hideout fame has got to be the hardest working man in the blogosphere, next to R.S. McCain and Smitty of course. Over the last year and a half of the failed Obama administration’s regime he’s put together a definitive description of the trappings of Obamacare, and if you’re not aware, it isn’t pretty. I use the word “trappings” with purpose, because that is exactly what the monstrosity is, a trap sprung on a beguiled public who stood there with their hands out waiting for the benevolent dictator to “give them something, anything.” Well, what we all got is just another form of slavery. How ironic then, for the most racially driven president in our history, who likened himself to Lincoln on so many occasions to actually reverse the trend away from freedom and in effect enslave the entire population with so much debt and bureaucracy, much of which we are still waiting to be enacted.
I for one am working and praying for repeal of Obamacare, which is nothing more than a blasphemy of our Democratic Republican values.
